Seattle Seahawks remain unbeaten, top Denver Broncos 25-10 in Week 6

Denver, CO - The Seattle Seahawks arrived in Denver with an unbeaten record and left with it intact, creating separation from the Broncos and securing a 25-10 victory in Week 6.

Seattle improved to 6-0 after producing the more complete statistical profile. The Seahawks finished with 340 offensive yards, recorded 18 first downs and held advantages in both phases of the offense. Denver totaled 223 offensive yards and eight first downs as its record fell following a 3-2 start.

The game developed around a steady Seattle advantage rather than a frantic exchange of scores. Denver produced an answer during the contest, but the Seahawks maintained their cushion and gradually moved beyond the Broncos' reach. By the finish, the 15-point margin reflected a game in which Seattle had generated substantially more rushing production and more opportunities near the goal line.

Seattle rushed for 123 yards compared with Denver's 25, a 98-yard difference. Robbie Ouzts accounted for 48 yards on 13 carries and scored a rushing touchdown, providing the Seahawks with their leading individual rushing total among the listed performers.

The passing work was divided between Jalen Milroe and Sam Darnold. Milroe completed 15 of 25 attempts for 184 yards, while Darnold went 3 of 5 for 33 yards. Together, their production matched Seattle's team total of 217 passing yards.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp handled most of the receiving volume. Smith-Njigba caught seven passes for 96 yards, narrowly missing the 100-yard mark, while Kupp added seven receptions for 83 yards. Their combined 14 catches gave Seattle two dependable options as the offense continued to build its advantage.

"There were opportunities for both of us, and the biggest thing was being dependable when the ball came our way," Smith-Njigba said. "Finishing the day 6-0 means more than any individual number. We've given ourselves another result to build from."

Seattle reached the red zone five times, finishing those trips with two touchdowns and two field goals. Denver made one red-zone appearance and converted it into a touchdown. The Seahawks also went 6-for-15 on third down and converted their only fourth-down attempt, while the Broncos finished 5-for-13 on third down and 0-for-1 on fourth down.

Denver's offense leaned heavily on Bo Nix, who completed 17 of 33 passes for 198 yards. Nix threw a touchdown and an interception and finished with a 67.4 passer rating. He also gained eight yards on two rushing attempts, but the Broncos could not match Seattle's overall ground production.

Courtland Sutton supplied Denver's touchdown reception as part of a three-catch, 53-yard performance. Troy Franklin led the Broncos in receptions with four and finished with 45 yards. Those two combined for 98 of Denver's 198 passing yards.

"We didn't sustain enough offense," Nix said. "There were some completions and some positive stretches, but eight first downs isn't where we need to be. We have to give ourselves more chances to finish possessions with points."

Seattle's defensive totals included four sacks and an interception. Denver recorded one sack and did not register an interception. That turnover difference accompanied a 117-yard advantage in offensive production for the Seahawks, who finished with 340 yards to the Broncos' 223.

The victory extended Seattle's winning streak to six games and reinforced its position as the league's remaining unbeaten story entering the next week. The Seahawks came into Denver at 5-0, handled a Broncos team that had won three of its first five games and departed at 6-0.
