Robert Griffin III was certainly locked in this week during his playoff game against the Falcons, providing 4 TD passes for the Redskins.

It was over when:
The Falcons were trailing the Redskins 28-13 late in the 4th quarter. The Falcons scored a touchdown with 6 minutes left in the game to cut the score to 28-20, then with just over 4 minutes left the Redskins kicked a field goal to get the lead back to a two score game, Falcons now trailed 31-20.

1:45 left in the 4th quarter and no time outs, the Atlanta Falcons would score again and this time they would try to convert on a 2 point convertion. Falcons QB Matt Ryan tried to pass the ball to the left but it was knocked down by a defender, they then trailed 31-26.

Following the missed 2 point convertion, the Falcons lined up for an onside kick. Falcons kicker Matt Bryant, kicked the ball, the ball sailed into the air it was high enough and long enough, but not good enough to get recovered by the Falcons as the Redskins would end up with the ball on the ground and would then snap the ball one last time to seal the win. Redskins went on to win by a final of 31-26, after the game Falcons head coach Chuck Davis gave credit to the Redskins and their head coach – ” They deserved that win and that game. Both teams fought hard, but we just didn’t make those key stops and key plays when we needed them, hell of a game though.”
