The Falcons are now 5-1 thanks in large part (no pun intended) to one of the smallest players on the field. JaQuizz Rodgers has been running all over opponents this year to the tune of 732 yards with a hefty 8.3 yds per carry avg. “I play every play like its my last” said Rodgers. “When im on the field, i dont feel like im 5’9 or anything like that. I just try to do my job on every play, and help my team win.”
With this team first mentality, Rodgers has helped fans forget about Micheal Turner this year. Turner has completely fallen out of the gameplan, and the favor of the coaches. When Coach Davis was asked about the future of Turner, he replied “Im sure that Mike will be okay whereever, cough, whatever happens to him this season.”
