EA Sports officially posted today that they are aware of the many issues plaguing Madden 15 and they are looking into it. EA posted the news on their new Madden 2015 help page, hopefully this is a sign of them attending to consumer issues in a faster and more efficient manner.
They acknowledge the biggest issue for leagues like ours –
We’re aware of some users’ wins and losses not being recorded for online Connected Franchise Mode head-to-head games and are working to fix it as soon as possible..
No word yet on when or how long it might take to be fixed. Our guess is that if it is a server-side issue, it should be fixed soon. But if it’s a software issue, expect the fix to take much longer.
