Week 4 is here and so are the new 2K Online Franchise Power Rankings. We have a new number one this week as the Chicago Bears move up from number 3 to number 1 following their win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Another team that made a big jump towards the top this week are the New York Giants who squeezed out a win last week against the Carolina Panthers and have moved up from from 10th place to 5th place. On the other side of the coin we have a new team dropping to the bottom of the rankings, the Detroit Lions went from number 29 last week to 32 after the atrocious game they had against the Washington Redskins.
