It was over when:
Running out of time and trailing the Giants by 11, with 3:25 left in 4th quarter, the Patriots decided to go for it on 4&inches from their own 34 yard line. Patriots QB Ben Roethlisberger out of the shotgun formation, hicked the ball, dropped back looked to his right, threw the ball that was cought by WR Wes Welker….out of bounds! The Patriots turned the ball over on downs, which allowed the Giants to score a field goal and take a 14 point lead that would prove to be enough as the Giants won by a final of 13-20.
Game Ball
New York Giants WR David Wilson had a great game and was instrumental in the Giants win. He finished the night with 10 catches, 128 catching yards and also ran the ball for 18 yards on 8 attempts.
