CLEVELAND, OH - Derrick Henry supplied 90 rushing yards and a touchdown, Lamar Jackson added another score on the ground and the Baltimore Ravens ended a two-game losing streak with a 20-14 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 6.

Baltimore entered the game trying to reverse its recent direction while Cleveland arrived on a two-game winning streak. The Ravens established an advantage and spent much of the game protecting it, with the Browns applying enough pressure to keep the margin narrow without completely erasing it.

The clearest separation came on the ground. Baltimore rushed for 135 yards compared with Cleveland’s 75, with Henry accounting for 90 on 14 carries. His longest run went for 19 yards, and he scored one of the Ravens’ two rushing touchdowns. Jackson produced the other while finishing with 31 yards on 10 attempts.

"The win is the part that matters," Henry said. "There were good stretches for us, and there were also things we can clean up. I just wanted to keep giving the offense positive runs and be ready whenever my number came up."

The Ravens finished with 312 offensive yards and 18 first downs. Their passing game was measured rather than explosive: Jackson completed 19 of 34 attempts for 177 yards, with a longest completion of 24 yards and a 70.3 passer rating. Rashod Bateman was his leading receiver, catching five passes for 58 yards.

Baltimore also converted 11 of 17 third downs and its only fourth-down attempt. The Ravens made four trips to the red zone, producing two touchdowns and one field goal on those possessions. Those figures accompanied a broad game pattern in which Baltimore created some separation but never turned the afternoon into a comfortable runaway.

"We had to stay patient," Jackson said. "It wasn’t one of those games where everything was wide open. We kept working, Derrick gave us a lot on the ground, and the main thing is that we came out of here with the result we needed."

Cleveland finished with more passing yards than Baltimore but had less production overall. Tua Tagovailoa completed 18 of 28 passes for 196 yards, one touchdown and one interception, earning an 81.8 passer rating. The Browns totaled 271 offensive yards and 16 first downs.

Jerry Jeudy carried a major share of the passing game, collecting 11 receptions for 122 yards. No other Cleveland player approached that volume, but the Browns still converted eight of 13 third downs and scored touchdowns on both of their red-zone trips. KC Concepcion Jr caught Tagovailoa’s touchdown pass and finished with two receptions for 21 yards.

The Browns remained competitive even without much room in the running game. Quinshon Judkins was limited to 40 yards on 18 carries, with a longest run of nine yards. Tagovailoa added 24 yards on six attempts, but Cleveland’s 75 rushing yards left the Browns 60 yards behind Baltimore in that category.

"We moved the ball in spots, but the interception is something I have to own," Tagovailoa said. "Jerry gave us a lot of production, and we finished when we got into the red zone. We just didn’t get enough points to finish the job."

Chidobe Awuzie recorded Baltimore’s lone interception and returned it 17 yards. The Ravens also registered one sack. Cleveland’s defense finished with two sacks but did not force an interception.

The Browns narrowed the gap after Baltimore had created its advantage, giving the game a competitive finish without changing the outcome. The Ravens’ 20 points were enough to stop their two-game slide and end Cleveland’s two-game winning run.
