Scott said he intends on possibly keeping Joe Thomas to compromise with the league, but also because protecting his quarterback is a key to his team being successful and Joe Thomas provides his team that ability, but anything is possible. Joe Thomas has expressed his interest in playing for a contender, but also wants to be in Cleveland to experience the turn around.
