San Francisco, CA — Coach M. Nguyen came out on top against his cousin, S. Nguyen in their first of two meetings. The San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals played a chess match-like game tonight and the victor now has a little breathing room for the NFC West title.
Entering Week 6, the Cardinals only allowed 13 or less points. Tonight, the 49ers bulldozed their way to a 24-17 victory. We’re only 6 weeks in the season, but the NFC West already looks difficult for multiple teams in the division to make the playoffs.
Coach S. Nguyen didn’t sound to ecstatic at his press conference. “As a division game, it was important for us to win. The streak that we had going was okay, but unlike every other game, we needed that “W” against a NFC rival. Now we’re just going back to the lab and try to prepare better.”
Coach M. Nguyen said; “Tough game, Vernon came up big at the end to seal the deal. Will see them Week 17 again at the University of Arizona Stadium.”
