This is where champions are built, trades are made, and futures are drafted. Here's the full breakdown of the off-season schedule for Season 34, including important reminders to help you prepare.

Key Off-Season Dates


  • 12.02.2025 | Offseason Re-Sign Window Opens - 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST: Teams may negotiate extensions or apply the franchise tag. This is your final chance to retain players before they hit free agency.
  • 12.03.2025 | Re-Sign Window Ends - 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST: No further re-sign negotiations will be allowed after this deadline.
  • 12.03.2025 | Offseason Stage 1 - 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST: Free Agency / Trades / Scouting officially open. Round one of free-agent bidding begins.
  • 12.04.2025 | Offseason Stage 2 - 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST: Second wave of Free Agency / Trades / Scouting. Teams continue refining their rosters and bidding on remaining talent.
  • 12.05.2025 | Offseason Stage 3 - 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST: Final full stage of Free Agency / Trades / Scouting. Last chance to make major roster additions before draft preparation.
  • 12.05.2025 | Offseason Stage 4 - 7:00 PM PST / 10:00 PM EST: Trades & Scouting Only. Free-agent bidding closes; only trades and scouting activity are allowed.
  • 12.06.2025 | Offseason Stage 5 - Draft Night - 6:00 PM PST / 9:00 PM EST: The Season 34 Draft kicks off. All teams must attend or pre-rank their boards. Rookie signings and position changes follow immediately after.

After the Draft

  • 12.06.2025 | Offseason Stage 6 - Rookie Signings: Teams sign drafted players and finalize contracts with UDFAs.
  • 12.06.2025 | Offseason Stage 7 - Position Changes: Position edits may be made in accordance with league rules and restrictions.
  • 12.06.2025 | Preseason Begins - Immediately After Position Changes: Teams begin preseason games. Use this time to evaluate rookies, fill depth charts, and prepare for Season 34.

Important Notes for Free Agency

  • All Free Agency stages will advance every 24 hours between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM PST. Advance times are random within this window, so be ready.
  • There are three Free Agency stages followed by a Trades-Only stage. Be sure to monitor your roster and salary cap closely to avoid issues heading into the draft.

Preseason Reminders

  • Transactions: Teams are limited to two free transactions per round during the first two weeks of the preseason.
  • Hidden Development Rule: No signing of players with hidden DEV traits is allowed during the preseason to maintain league balance and fairness.
