Foxborough, MA - Jordan Love threw for 385 yards and three touchdowns, Jayden Reed delivered a 193-yard receiving performance, and the Green Bay Packers ended New England's seven-game winning streak with a 33-27 victory in Week 9.

Green Bay entered the game at 4-4 against a Patriots team that had won seven straight after its opening loss. The Packers answered that challenge with an aggressive passing performance, built an advantage and then watched New England narrow the margin in a game that produced 960 offensive yards.

The six-point final reflected a competitive afternoon, but Green Bay consistently generated the more explosive production through the air. Love completed 21 of 37 passes, finished with a 119.7 passer rating and recorded the game's longest completion at 80 yards. He did not need a high completion total to pile up yardage, averaging more than 18 yards per completion.

Reed was the centerpiece of that passing attack. His six receptions produced a game-high 193 yards and two touchdowns, with an 80-yard reception standing as the longest catch by either team. Matthew Golden added five catches for 88 yards and another touchdown, giving Love two productive options who accounted for all three of his scoring passes.

"We were willing to keep looking down the field, and the receivers gave us chances to be aggressive," Love said. "Jayden was creating big gains, Matthew was productive, and we kept attacking without getting away from what we wanted to do."

The Packers complemented those passing numbers with 106 rushing yards. Josh Jacobs handled a game-high 19 attempts, gaining 70 yards and scoring a touchdown. Green Bay finished with 491 offensive yards despite recording only 15 first downs and going 5-for-13 on third down.

Those numbers created an unusual contrast. The Packers made only one red-zone trip and came away without a touchdown or field goal, yet still scored 33 points. Their production largely came from an offense capable of covering substantial ground without requiring repeated possessions inside the New England 20.

"When you're getting those kinds of opportunities, you have to finish the catch and get everything you can," Reed said. "We were able to create space and put together a lot of yards. Against a team that had been winning every week, we knew we needed that kind of production."

New England generated plenty of offense in its own right. Drake Maye completed 26 of 44 passes for 369 yards and two touchdowns, though he also threw an interception and finished with a 91.9 passer rating. The Patriots accumulated 469 offensive yards and 18 first downs, exceeding Green Bay in the latter category while trailing by only 22 yards overall.

A.J. Brown was Maye's busiest and most productive target, catching eight passes for 129 yards. Kyle Williams added two receptions for 74 yards and a touchdown, including New England's longest completion of 56 yards. Tyquan Thornton also caught a touchdown pass among his 20 receiving yards.

Rhamondre Stevenson was not a major part of the passing-day spotlight, but New England still reached 100 rushing yards as a team. Stevenson supplied 56 yards on 12 carries, while Maye added 29 yards on six attempts.

"There were stretches where we moved the ball well, but we didn't get enough out of the opportunities we had," Maye said. "We put up yards and scored 27, but Green Bay kept producing points. The interception is something I have to own."

The Patriots made four red-zone trips, producing one touchdown and two field goals. They converted only 3 of 12 third downs and went 1-for-2 on fourth down. Green Bay, meanwhile, recorded two sacks and an interception. Xavier McKinney accounted for the takeaway and returned it 15 yards, while Edgerrin Cooper registered one of the Packers' sacks.

New England remained within striking distance as the margin tightened, but the Packers protected enough of the advantage they had established to leave Foxborough with the win. The result moved Green Bay beyond the .500 mark and ended the Patriots' longest verified storyline entering Week 9: seven consecutive victories.
