The Lions stormed right into Minnesota and made it theirs. Final score Lions 56, Vikings 24.

To say that Lions QB Josh Johnson was locked in is an understatement. After taking serious criticism in the middle of the year he has found a way to dominate the past 3 weeks. Lions beat the Vikings 56- 24 behind a MVP like performance by Josh Johnson. He had 338 yards passing, 3 TD’s while also accumulating 29 yards on the ground with 3 TD’s rushing.

The return of RB/WR Daryl Richardson helped tremendously as he had 6 rec. 67 yards. Damaris Johnson keeps his strong season alive while having 5 rec. 49 yards and 2 TD’s and Megatron with a TD as well but we all knew that already.

Coach Morales had this to say about their strong couple weeks “We finally understand what we need to do, if we keep spreading the ball around and running like we do. It’s hard to stop”.

“I couldn’t really get the read option working this game, so instead we had the defense on its heels and starting throwing the ball down field”. Right now Josh is 4th in the MVP race. If he can keep this up, we will be hearing much more about him as the season goes along.
