San Jose, CA — Football is back! The New England Patriots had a busy-off season and reloaded their team with new additions.

Everyone is eager to see the newly acquired speed demon, WR Brandin Cooks, catch passes from the GOAT,  QB Tom Brady. Although WR Julian Edelman tore his ACL during the preseason, the Patriots receiving corp looks loaded.

Let’s not forget about the defense! The Patriots were able to resign their core team and also added players who needed a fresh start. The “QB of the Defense”, Dont’a Hightower resigned with the team who drafted him with a 4 year, $35,500,000 contract. Stephon Gilmore is a player to watch. The Patriots broke the bank and signed the CB to a 5 year, $65,000,000 contract. Expect him to hold down the fort with All-Pro CB Malcolm Butler and make the secondary a “No Fly Zone”!

The New England Patriots will host the Kansas City Chiefs at home for the season opener.
