Lock of the Week: Dallas Cowboys (+12.5)

As we enter the back half of the season, the games become more important as teams jostle for a playoff position. The lines this week have tightened up and over half of the games are projected within a touchdown.

This week’s Lock of the Week is the Dallas Cowboys +12.5 at home against the Los Angeles Rams. The Cowboys are surely motivated coming off their first loss of the season at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings. At 3-5, the Rams have already matched their loss total from last season and need every win down the stretch to have a shot at the playoffs. The Rams are coming off a strong performance at home against the New Orleans Saints, a game they won 23-37. The odds makers must have saw a spark they thought would carry over to Dallas as the Rams enter the week as a 12.5 point favorite.

In my mind, this game is too close to pick, but I do like the Cowboys to stay within 12.5 at home.  Take the Cowboys and points in this one.
