Dallas, TX — The Dallas Cowboys won their final game of the preseason against the Arizona Cardinals, but with limited play from their star quarterback Dak Prescott. Head coach Andres Perez said Dak is still not 100% from the bruised sternum injury he suffered in week 2 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. “He’s still struggling with a bit of soreness. He was good enough to play these last two games, but we wanted to limit his time out there for obvious reasons. We expect him to be at one hundred percent when we get the season started.”
The Cowboys will have the opportunity to get payback as they will take on the same Buccaneers team in week one of the regular season.
