Baltimore, MD — Baltimore Ravens‘ star quarterback Lamar Jackson is excelling as a passer this year in an offense that is top 5 in the league this year. He has found himself a number one receiver in Marquise “Hollywood” Brown. They have been a great 1-2 punch. Lamar studied a lot of film of the summer working on his mechanics and just wanting to become a master of his craft.

Jackson and Hollywood brought spent almost every day at the Ravens facility building up the chemistry that has relayed over onto the field this season. Lamar talked about how Hollywood has made his job as a quarterback easy this year but also stated that, “I have to do a better job of getting other guys involved because Marquise is our go-to guy but teams are going to start keying in on that so I am going to have to trust my guys Miles Boykin, Mark Andrews, Hayden Hurst, and Willie Snead IV to do those same things.”


Lamar has passed for over 1600 yards with 14 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. He has also run for over 400 yards. He is looking to lead the ravens to another playoff berth and this time to a deeper run than they made last year. Lamar has the weapons and he has been putting the league on notice that he is more than just a runner.

Lamar stated that “Our goal is to go out and win as a team and compete for a championship.” Coach Rashaan Benson has given the keys to Lamar and trusts his Quarterback to get them where they need to go.
