Dallas, TX — Less than 48 hours following their week one loss the Dallas Cowboys have made an interesting trade. They have traded right end Tyrone Crawford to their NFC East rivals the New York Giants, in exchange the Giants send their Season 19 round 2 pick 52 overall, Season 19 round 7 pick 212 overall and Season 20 round 7 pick 212 overall.
Crawford was on the last year of his six-year deal with the Cowboys. The trade will free up an estimated 7 million dollars in cap room which is good news as they’re rumored to be looking to add some extra depth to their roster.
This trade adds an interesting storyline for week two when the Cowboys take on the Giants.
Damn, Cowboys got a good deal on this IMO. Looking at their RE depth they’re not going to miss this guy. Giants management going to regret this one if Crawford doesn’t resign with them.
